Shipping policy

->Preparation and delivery of orders:

   -Preparation time :

After you place your order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email.

The preparation of your order before shipping takes between 2 and 4 working days.

   -Delivery time to USA and Canada:

You will receive your parcel within 6 to 9 working days from the date of shipment.

Note: Occasionally and given the high demand, some caftans may be temporarily out of stock (1 or 2 weeks), so please allow for the occasional delay.

But one thing's for sure: You'll receive and love your caftans, or you'll get a full refund.

Note: Please note that during the end-of-year break, some parcels may be delayed by up to 6 working days.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact customer support, and in general don't worry, because your parcel will arrive sooner or later during this interval.
